We have undertaken Strategic Planning and Business Planning for:
- the new Shakespeare North Playhouse in Prescot
- the Old Vic and their new Backstage annex
- the City of Portsmouth, which included writing a new Cultural Strategy for the city and setting up a development agency, Portsmouth Creates.
- the University of Exeter’s arts provision including the Northcott Theatre
- Anvil Arts in Basingstoke, the operating Trust of the Anvil Concert Hall and the Haymarket Theatre.
- the Novium Museum, Chichester

- the White Rock Theatre in Hastings
- the Assembly Hall Theatre in Tunbridge Wells
- Trestle Theatre Company
- the Corinium Museum in Cirencester

We have undertaken Options Analyses, Feasibility Studies and initial Business Planning for:
- the new Chester Theatre.
- the Alexandra Theatre, Bognor Regis and securing successful Levelling Up Fund bid for £19.4m towards the redevelopment of the building.
- the Brewhouse Theatre in Taunton.
- the Whitechapel Bell Foundry, a listed building which will be turned into artists’ studios.
- Hotwalls Project, Portsmouth, development of artists’ studios in new creative quarter
- Royal and Derngate Theatre, Northampton, development of income generation and programming strategy
We have produced Feasibility Studies for:
- the new Wimbledon International Concert Hall, designed by Frank Gehry
- the Globe Theatre in Stockton on Tees.
- a new theatre in Wilmslow.
- the new Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury.
- the Hexagon Theatre, Reading.
- A new 300 seat theatre for the University of Coventry.
- A major new arts centre in Kuala Lumpur.
We have undertaken Organisational Reviews for:
- The Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra
- Blue Apple Theatre company
- Civic Arts Centre, Barnsley
With Rob Colley we have undertaken Masterplanning for:
- the National Gallery in London, advising on the feasibility of creating new exhibition spaces for international touring exhibitions.
- a new World Shakespeare Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon for the Birthplace Trust
And Audience Development Plans for:

- Guildford Museum
- Salisbury Museum
