A new direction for the Old Vic theatre
We worked with the Old Vic Theatre to develop a comprehensive business and financial plan for Backstage – a new six-storey extension designed by Haworth Tompkins. The building will provide a welcoming, inclusive space for the local community and new facilities for the Old Vic’s education and outreach work.
Our work covered all aspects of operation, from catering strategy and event programming to staffing, branding and long-term financial sustainability. The resulting plan was approved by the Old Vic’s Senior Management Team, helping pave the way for the opening of this exciting new cultural hub.
We are thrilled to launch a new online arts journal, Pencil, in response to the challenges that the creative sector is facing. As an arts management consultancy we want to give individual artists the opportunity to speak about their work to a wider audience and hopefully to build collaborative partnerships across the sector.
